Your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information We Collect
We collect minimal personal information required for app functionality:
- Email address (if provided)
- IP address
- Device ID
We do not collect analytics or behavior data unless you opt in.
2. Camera Access
We request access to your device camera so you can take photos within the App. Captured photos are stored only on your device and never uploaded to our servers.
3. Data Storage & Deletion
All user data (photos, generated avatars, metadata) is stored locally on your device only.
We automatically delete all data within 12 hours from capture or generation.
4. Use of Data
We use your basic information (email, IP, device ID) only to:
- Enable app features
- Prevent abuse or fraud
- Provide support if requested
We do not sell, share, or monetize your data in any way.
5. Analytics
We do not collect any analytics data or behavior tracking unless you explicitly agree to opt in. If you opt in, we’ll inform you what data is collected and for what purpose.
6. Third-Party Services
LetsToon does not integrate with any third-party analytics or cloud storage providers by default. If third-party integrations are added in the future, you will be notified and given a choice to opt in.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since we do not retain your personal content on our servers, most of this control is in your hands via your device.
8. Data Security
We take your data seriously. All data remains on-device unless explicitly uploaded by you (which we currently do not support). We use secure, sandboxed processes within the app to handle data.
9. Children's Privacy
LetsToon is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
