Welcome to LetsToon. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LetsToon mobile application ("App") provided by DeepShot, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use LetsToon. By using the App, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Content

By uploading or capturing photos in the App, you retain all rights to your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely for the purpose of generating AI avatars on your device.

We do not store, share, or use your content beyond this purpose. All data is automatically deleted after 12 hours and is only saved locally on your device.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This applies to all features, in-app purchases, and subscriptions. Make sure you’re fully committed before purchasing.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

We do not collect analytics, usage data, or personal data until you explicitly agree to such collection.

We collect the following data to ensure basic functionality:

  • Email address (if provided)
  • IP address
  • Device identifier

This data is not shared or sold, and is used exclusively for app functionality and fraud prevention. See our Privacy Policy below for more details.

6. Permissions

To function properly, the App may request access to the following:

  • Camera: To allow users to take photos for avatar generation.
  • Local storage: To save generated avatars and user preferences on your device.

You can manage permissions in your device settings. Denying access may disable certain features.

7. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your app installation. If you provide an email, you are responsible for ensuring its accuracy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software within the App (excluding user content) are the property of DeepShot, Inc. and are protected under applicable IP laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
